1. Acceptable Use

You may use the TJKS Radio website for lawful personal and business purposes related to listening, entertainment, communication, music submissions, advertising inquiries, merchandise, and participation in our community.

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to damage, disable, overload, hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its services.
• Post spam, scams, malicious links, impersonations, or misleading information.
• Copy, sell, republish, or commercially exploit TJKS Radio branding or original website content without permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the website without authorization.

2. Live Listener Chat

The TJKS Radio live listener chat is provided for respectful conversation between listeners. Users must not post threats, harassment, hate speech, explicit sexual content, illegal material, spam, personal information belonging to others, or content intended to disrupt the community.

TJKS Radio may remove messages, restrict access, mute users, block users, or close the chat when necessary to protect the station, its listeners, and the community. Chat access may also be affected by the rules and availability of the third-party chat provider.

3. Music Requests and Artist Submissions

Music requests do not guarantee that a song will be played. Artist submissions do not guarantee review, radio play, promotion, feedback, or placement in the station rotation.

Artist submissions must be sent to our dedicated submissions inbox at submissions@tjksradio.com. Please do not send music submissions to our general business email.

By submitting music, artwork, promotional material, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to provide it and that TJKS Radio may review, store, and use the submitted material for evaluating possible radio play or promotion.

Artists should submit clean, radio-ready music unless TJKS Radio specifically requests otherwise. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Paid Artist Spotlight promotional packages run for the stated promotional period, which is currently 30 days unless TJKS Radio confirms a different term in writing. After the active promotional period ends, TJKS Radio may remove the artist from active promotional placements and move the feature to a Previous Featured Artists or archived section.

Public-facing archived Artist Spotlight material may remain available for up to 12 months after the promotional period ends. After that archive period, TJKS Radio may remove the public archive entry and purge nonessential promotional materials. Internal records such as signed authorizations, payment or accounting records, and records reasonably needed for legal, contractual, tax, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes may be retained longer when appropriate or required.

4. TJKS Radio Content and Branding

TJKS Radio features original arcade-style games designed and developed by TJKS Media and Aerospace, Inc. Our original game code, graphics, designs, and branding are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. These games are provided for personal entertainment; unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited. Third-party software, assets, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses.

The TJKS Radio name, station logos, original graphics, website designs, written material, station promotions, and other original content are owned by or used with permission by TJKS Radio.

You may share links to TJKS Radio pages and public promotions. You may not present TJKS Radio branding as your own, create unauthorized merchandise, falsely claim a partnership, or use station content commercially without written permission.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or display services operated by other companies, including streaming providers, Arena live chat, Google Play, social-media platforms, merchandise providers, payment services, podcasts, advertisers, and referral partners.

TJKS Radio does not control every third-party website or service. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, fees, and technical requirements.

6. Merchandise, Advertising, and Promotions

Merchandise availability, prices, shipping, returns, payment processing, and fulfillment may be handled by third-party providers. Product appearance may vary slightly from digital images or mockups.

Advertising and promotional opportunities are subject to review and approval by TJKS Radio. TJKS Radio may reject content that is misleading, illegal, harmful, inappropriate for the station audience, or inconsistent with the TJKS Radio brand.

7. Website Availability

TJKS Radio works to keep the website, player, live chat, links, and other services available. However, services may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, internet outages, provider failures, software updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.

TJKS Radio does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous streaming, or permanent availability of every feature.

8. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided for general entertainment and informational purposes. Content shared by guests, artists, listeners, advertisers, news providers, or third parties does not necessarily represent the views of TJKS Radio.

To the extent permitted by law, TJKS Radio is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party conduct, service interruptions, external websites, unauthorized user activity, or decisions made based on content displayed through the website.

8A. Fitness, Wellness & Health Information Disclaimer

TJKS Workout and any related fitness, activity, calorie, distance, pace, timer, workout-intensity, wearable-device, or wellness features are provided for general informational, recreational, and fitness purposes only. They are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency services and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Any calories burned, distance, pace, active minutes, workout intensity, progress, or similar values displayed by TJKS Radio, the TJKS app, Apple Watch or other connected devices are estimates only. Actual results may vary based on factors including body characteristics, fitness level, exercise type, effort, device limitations, sensor accuracy, user-entered information, and environmental conditions. TJKS Media and Aerospace, Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of these estimates.

Do not rely on TJKS Workout, its timers, estimates, alerts, wearable features, or other fitness information to make medical decisions or to evaluate, diagnose, monitor, or treat any health condition. Users are responsible for determining whether an exercise or workout is appropriate for them and should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or materially changing an exercise program when appropriate for their individual circumstances.

Use TJKS Workout responsibly and remain aware of your surroundings while exercising. If you experience concerning symptoms during exercise, stop the activity and seek appropriate medical attention. TJKS Workout and related features are not medical devices.

8B. TJKS Insider Email Subscriptions, Policy & Service Notices

TJKS Insider is an optional email-subscription service. You do not need to subscribe in order to listen to TJKS Radio or use the general website. To join, you must provide a valid email address, select at least one update category, accept the subscription consent, and complete the confirmation step sent to your email address.

Available categories may include TJKS Radio Updates, New Artist Spotlight, Policy & Service Notices, Aviation Community, TJKS Travels & Flight Tools, and Special Events & Promotions. By subscribing, you authorize TJKS Radio to send email updates for the categories you selected.

Policy & Service Notices are intended for meaningful subscriber-worthy communications, such as material changes to TJKS policies or services, significant service changes, security or operational notices, and other important information. Routine maintenance, minor cosmetic edits, typo corrections, and similar nonmaterial changes are not intended to trigger a subscriber broadcast.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in TJKS Insider emails. After an unsubscribe request is processed, future TJKS Insider broadcasts to that subscription should stop. Messages already sent cannot be recalled, and delivery may also be affected by email-provider filtering, spam controls, outages, or other technical conditions outside TJKS Radio’s control.

TJKS Radio may add, rename, combine, suspend, or discontinue subscription categories or the TJKS Insider service as our services evolve. Information provided through TJKS Insider is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

TJKS Radio may update these Terms of Use as the website, station services, technology, or business operations change. The effective date shown at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
