Six-year-old Luisángela Fabiana has been courageously battling Wilms tumor, a form of kidney cancer, since she was four years old. Her journey has included the removal of her right kidney, chemotherapy, radiation, multiple surgeries, and serious intestinal complications. More recently, active nodules were discovered in her chest and lungs, requiring her treatment to continue.
Throughout everything she has endured, Luisángela continues to show incredible courage and strength. Her mother remains by her side full-time and is unable to work while caring for her, while her father continues working to provide for the family’s essential needs. Luisángela continues her education online and dreams of recovering, studying hard, and one day helping other children who are fighting cancer.
Luisángela is the daughter of a member of our extended TJKS family. When one of our families is facing a fight like this, we believe in standing together. TJKS Radio is proud to help share Luisángela’s story and give our listeners, friends, and community an opportunity to support her family during this difficult journey.
